I CAN IDENTIFY WITH THE CONSTIPATION - Although not pregnant = one evening of constipation changed my last three years - I take citrucel and colace OTC twice a day - fibre kind of bothers me - tried a 15 gr. fiber cereal - gave me a stomach ache - - I have found for my hemmoroids I make sure that I "grease" them first to alleviate any more straining - because that straining is giving me hideous stomach aches - they say it maybe IBS - but colace is OTC, use to be RX and I use citrucel - - psyllium and me don't get along
