Monochorionic monoamniotic twin pregnancies can be difficult and are very rare. monochorionic meaning identical and monoamniotic meaning in one sac.an identical twin pregnancy as it sounds you have is as high risk as a triplet pregnancy and requires regular scanning.ideally weekly or fortnightly in a bid to detect the development of conditions such as twin to twin transfusion syndrome. check out the twin2twin site at http://www.signs.demon.co.uk/TTTS.htm or mail me at sjack67421@aol.com
