Surgery is not the only cause of *adhesions*. For a very good understanding of the causes of *adhesions*...go to the following web site: <http://www.drcook.com/>. At this web site Dr. Andrew Cook from The Omega Institute in Louisiana gives an excellent description of *adhesions*.

Once you are at Dr. Cook's web site, click on "Ask Dr. Cook Archive." Then scroll down to the word *Adhesion* and click on "What Are Adhesions?" As you read about "What Are Adhesions?", you will also learn about "What Causes Adhesions?" and "How Are Adhesions Treated?'

You will also notice that he also gives very good descriptions about *Endometriosis*, *Osteoporosis*, etc.

Regarding "Post-surgical Adhesions & Chronic Pain": I have done extensive research on the Internet over the past year...and I am willing to share what I have learned with anyone who desires to learn about this debilitating surgical problem.
