18yrs.ago I had a partial hysterectomy. I was told they took part of my cervix and part of my uterous and one tube and ovary. I have had a period all these yrs. but it was real light and only lasted 3 days. Recently I had a laproscopy done as I've been having pelvic pain ect. The results of the lap. were that I was "a mess" I had alot of adheasions. My Dr. said that I do not have a uterous but I have some tissue and therfore the light bleeding every month. And during a pelvic I was told I have a full cervix( they can grow back??) I hope this is the imfo. you needed. Thank-you >Harvey S. Marchbein, M.D. FACOG, FACS
