Unusual Vaginal Discharge

From: Stephanie (anonymous@obgyn.net)

Hello, I've been noticing over the past few days an unusal discharge on my panties that is mucosy in consistency, and varies from a green-yellow color to a more brownish color. I've had a similar discharge before, and seems to correlate with time of sexual activity, especially around the time when I masterbate. I have no vaginal itching or soreness, but I do notice some vague irritation in and around the urethral area or at least clitoral area. Could I possibly have a urethral infection? Also, I notice that I have some irritation during penetration right around the opening of my vagina and sometimes against one side of my vaginal wall...but I'm having a hard time picturing what side that would be. Any suggestions? Also, my sexual history is as follows: Lost virginity to my ex-boyfriend two years ago (6 mos. into our relationship)...we broke up a few weeks ago, so haven't had intercourse in over a month...masterbate about twice a week and notice irritation mostly around these times...my ex and I were tested for STDs prior to our decision to have sex without condoms (I was on pill), and we both were/are clean. Thanks!
