Any suggestions? Minor point - since you are taking Provera for part of the month, you're on HRT. Now to your question. this is a new one on me. I'd suggest an appropriate workup including a pelvic and abdominal sonogram as well as a thorough workup from your internist/gastroenterologist. I have nothing specific in mind and this may very well be an idiosyncratic reaction (just you and not in the general public) with the changing parts of the HRT dosing.
