Adenocarcinoma in situ

Dear Doctors: I am 36 years old with four children. I have been diagnosed with possible adenocarcinoma in situ from a pap smear. My Dr. stated he only sees this about twice a year. I was sent to a onco/gyn by my obgyn immediately because of past (three in four years)paps showing abnormal cells, usually squamous cells as i remember. also hpv. they did a curretage and said it was normal but that i should still have a cone biopsy. they explained why, that it could be further up in the cervix. my question is, what is the danger of putting this cone biopsy off for three weeks and how quickly can adenocarcinoma in situ become invasive cancer?

How often do they find nothing at all in the cone after a pap read "possible adenocarcinoma in situ"? what is done next in that situation?

A side issue, that may have no bearing, is that i have comeplete atonic bladder for three years and self cath 6 times a day with no diagnosis after four urologists.i also currently have EBV.

If you can answer some of these questions to the best of your ability, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and consideration. You are all providing a wonderful service.
