It doesn't look like a rash and there is no itching. It looks more like a light sunburn, or like there are hundreds of hair-thin lines all criss-crossing all over the place. My period is due this weekend. Is this a common pre-menstrual thing that I have just never noticed before in myself? Is there a point at which I should be concerned about this?
