Mystery Hip pain, can't get into Dr.! Any ideas?

Over the past few days, I have had a pain that originates around the "knob" of my pelvic bone, often also causing some pain at the hip joint, sometimes the lower back. This is not constant, and in fact comes and goes, most markenly when I have been sitting or standing for some period of time and when I wake up from sleeping. It is sometimes sharp, like a string being pulled in that area. No fever or bleeding, and I feel fine otherwise.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I am having a horrific time getting in to see my doctor about this (my clinic doesn't take appointments, and they have been so swamped with patients lately that I have actually been turned away 3 times when I would show up to try to get in.) Until I can actually get in, any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance, Lila
