I have a 2.2cm endometrioma (sp??) in my ovary, the Dr. looked worried and made noises about ringing him if the pain worsened (I'm due for surgery in three weeks) so he could operate sooner Is leaving it for three weeks (my choice) likely to cause (more) damge to the ovary?
