Previous message: AnnMarie: "Re: I'm scared" I just got off antibiotics and killed two birds with one stone. Real reason was for tonsillitis, but loved that it helped w/the strep, too. Now after another period I realize that the strep is coming back again roundabouts a week after last dose of amoxicillin. (I use Terazol Every time I take abx's.) Usually I just try and put up with it until I get really annoyed or painful before calling for an antibiotic. So, Is having a period more likely to bring on or worsen an episode of B-strep?
