I had my tubal on September 10, 1996 following the birth of my fourth child. My health before was very good. I had never suffered from PMS or really had cramps. Since my tubal, I have severe pains during ovulation and often a discharge of clear mucus. Directly before my period and during it, I am very moody. During my period, I have bad back aches and severe cramping.
