It is possible It is now thought that many pregnancies miscarry and are put down to being a period. Get an early morning urine sample and do a pregnancy test. If it is positive you have your answer. However, if it is negative I'm afraid you will never know. It could just have been one of those unusual cycles but maybe it was something else.
