I am 7 month pregnant and am concerned as I seem to be leaking small amounts of fluid at orgasm (this is definately not usual discharge) and also when vomiting (I am continuing to be sick on a regular basis). I am suffering a bit from stress incontinence (e.g. when sneezing) and so I always ensure that my bladder is empty when I feel nauseous - so I don't think that this is the problem. i.e. leaks can occur immediately after I have completely emptied my bladder.
