Hi, Yesterday made it exactly two weeks after my abdominal supracervical hysterectomy for the removal of my uterus and a five pound fibroid. I've been feeling fine and seeing no blood until yesterday. It's also the exact next scheduled date that I was due for my period. For the past two days everytime I wipe myself I get bright red blood on the tissue paper. I'm also getting lots of cramping and soreness of my ovaries inside and it feels just like I'm starting to get my period. My doctor's office says it's normal. But, I'm scared to be getting this so suddenly since all I've been doing for the past two weeks is lying down on the couch. Any comforting advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
