You have an augmentation of 20 mm/hg for your diastolic (70 to 90). Predisposing factors are: first pregnancy and twins. You wrote: "been out of work for nearly 6 weeks on modified bed rest." With the information you gave, the diagnostic is mild preeclampsy and the "Modified bed rest" is not enough. A woman can't be at rest at home. Contact your doctor. The preeclampsy will not disappear but the goal is to control it and reach, if possible, the term of the pregnancy.
