Maybe yeast - but sounds like hormonal changes - which is very common & very normal. As for the spotting after sex, not unheard of & probably nothing to be concerned about, however - I dont understand what is meant by the cervix being slightly open - I dont think it should be "open" at 10wks. Maybe miscommunication. Hope this helps
