I doubt that they have been tested. However, if it saves your life it will save your babies and at a guess, I would expect that an airbag is more likely to protect an unborn baby than hurt it.

I don't know if the DVLC in Swansea have any guidelines for driving in pregnancy and if they do I'm sure that one of the other doctors will update you. However, as with most things, if you don't fell up to it then that's your body saying don't do it. Everyone is different, when my secretary went into labour she bicycled to labour ward. I don't think many people would be able to do that.
