Are there any alternatives? Six months of suppression will provide as much shrinkage as you will see. Now is the time to proceed with myomectomy with an experienced gynecologist. Stopping the Lupron now and doing nothing means that there ia an 85% chance that they will return to their original size within 6 months. Good Luck Dr.B
