Dr. B., thank you for your reply.

The doctor did leave part of the wall of the cyst. He did this so he would not have to remove my ovary, which I really didn't want. He told me that the pathology report showed that the cyst was the type that would have gone away on its own. Will this type of cyst re-form when part of the wall was left? The pain has gotten so bad that I know this is a large cyst again. Should I just have my ovary removed to prevent this from reoccuring again? Is there any other way to prevent these cysts? I'm 23 years old, I would like to keep my ovary if at all possible.

BTW, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.
