Please help >me! I have stressing a lot about this. Thanks. I would think after another abnormal pap, they would first preform a colposcopy to view the cervical cells before any other procedure. A colposcopy is preformed by introducing a small microscope through the vagina to magnify and get a better look at these cevical cells. If there is something that needs to be done at this time, it should be done. An alternative to burning may be freezing the cervical area. Tracy
