My dr that I used to go to suggested Clomid but I was apprehensive because my last pg was twins (without any help)and I understand that my chances of concieving twins again is higher than usual. I lost one @ 7 weeks and then the other was born @ 24 weeks (basically unrelated) but I had a classical c-section and I would be scared to death to carry twins with the risk of pre-term delivery and because I will have to have a repeat c-section @ 36 or so weeks if I don't go into labor sooner. My new dr thinks my concerns are valid, but are they? Would the benefits of Clomid outweigh the risk of twins, and preemie babies? I just don't know. Should the Clomid be used alone or with the progesterone? My dr. said he would prescribe Clomid for me, if that's what I want. I am lucky to have a receptive dr, but getting another opinion is invaluable. Thanks for taking your time to do this!
