Child's yeast infectionFrom: AnnMarie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 12 May 1998 14:56:03 -0500 (CDT)
I have a four y/o in agony every time that I try to put medicine on her. She screams and puts up a tremendous fight. It's hard enough to get her to wear something, even underwear, for clothing on her bottom. She itches constantly. Is there anything that I could use on a child to help with her pain? I remember when she was born I was given Dermoplast (benzocaine 20%/menthol 0.5%) in the hospital because of my tears. Does anyone know if this would harm a child?
