a different Micronor questionFrom: Marcia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 12 May 1998 09:43:18 -0500 (CDT)
I started Micronor last Thursday after my 6 week post-partum check up. After a few days, I started having light spotting, which I realize is normal. This morning it turned into something like a period. I am not breastfeeding exclusively, so it very well may be my period. I understand that it is possible to spot continuously while taking Micronor, but a period *should* level off, shouldn't it? I can handle spotting, but I don't know if I want flowing every day while I am taking this. I've also heard that it is possible to *not* bleed at all while taking this pill. Is this a common side effect? I'm willing to give this some time, since it is my best option for birth control currently.
