I posted this earlier and got no answer, so here it goes again.... I had a confusing BBT situation, so maybe someone out there can give me a hand... I woke up this morning, not looking at the clock, and by instinct, took my BBT. I didn't realize until after I had taken the temp and recorded it that it was actually going on 4 A.M. It was 97.3, I had slept for a little more than 4 hours. I just shrugged it off, but later when I woke up at my usual time of 6 AM, I knew that I had only slept for 2 hours and not very restfully at that.I got curious anyway--This temp was 97.7. I have been remarkably stressed this cycle, taking antibiotics for a mild vaginal infection, traveling, you name it. So, going on what info I've said above, which temp for today should count???
