Does your provider know that you are having such a hard time? If not, make sure he/she is aware and check if you are really worried about dehydration. I wish I had better advice for you! Feel better!

I tried eating something small every 2 hours, like crackers, fruit, or cereal. Once I got solid food down the nausea let up some, and then I was able to drink fluids slowly. Like you, everytime I tried to drink something when I was nauseated I threw it back up. Another thing you can try is jello, or popsicles. I hope this helps.... I know it is an awful feeling. Hopefully in the next few weeks you will begin to feel better. Good luck and hang in there!
