However intercourse is often painful for me, I seem to be able to relieve this problem with lubricant, and can often over come it this way, however I am unable to reach an orgasm with my husband. Could these be related? I don't believe it is his fault, because I have had the same problem previously with others. Even when I am by myself reaching an orgasm is extremely difficult (this is where I have found the lubricant seems to help). I wasn't even aware that I had a "problem" until I reached my first orgasm last year.
