I was induced at 41 weeks but had no other complications. In March and again this week I have had intense cramping which is relieved with a hot pack and Tylenol. I am breastfeeding exclusively and so have not had a menstrual cycle. Could this be premenstrual cramping without the menstrual bleeding?
