Hi! Try very small sips of either gingerale or an electrolyte drink like gatorade. One sip at aa time. Try some soup, one little spoon at a time. Does your provider know that you are having such a hard time? If not, make sure he/she is aware and check if you are really worried about dehydration. I wish I had better advice for you!
