Sickness in pregnancy

I am 3 months pregnant and suffering terribly from "morning" sickness. I find that quite often I can't manage to keep even a sip of water down. I'm worried that at times I get dehydrated and am concerned about the effects on the baby. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get more fluids to stay down?

P.S. I've tried ginger bisuits and dry bread to counteract the nausea but neither work.
