Sherry, I have heard what you described from many women with cesareans. Some women bounce back really quickly, while others seem to have symptoms you described for several months or even past a year afterwards. I believe it is because of the nerves that were cut during the incision and sometimes that takes a long while to heal(I had similar twinges on a smaller scale after a laparoscopy for severala months).Have you discussed this with your physician? I certainly dont think you are over reacting at all! I am sure one of the great physicians and others on the forum can give you more info!
