I am due in 8 weeks with my first child. I have only gained about 20 pounds so far and most people that I have talked to said that the majority of that will come off when I have the baby. Hopefully this is true, but I was wondering how soon after a normal (i.e. no complications-vaginal) delivery will I be able to resume excercising? I am currently taking an aqua aerobics class 2x a week and doing lap swims at least 1x per week, plus some walking. My pregnancy has been normal with no complications and my Dr. has said my current excercise regime is fine "until my body tells me otherwise" Amber
