Martha, I have been through this before and yes, it can be the pill, you need to tell your doctor about this, there are different formulations and strengths that can be tried to (hopefully) find the one that works best for you. It does take some time to adjust to The Pill. Some women, I am one of them, just cannot tolerate the side effects, most of which are emotional. You need to try to lower the stress you are putting yourself under (worrying) and pay attention to your body. Keep in touch with your doctor's office and do not ignore the effects that bother you, they are not trivial and will give the doctor clues as to which formulations and strengths to try.
