hello. I am 38 years old and have Reynauds Syndrome. I watched my mother's fingers turn white for years, without explanation! now that it's happening to me (it's been happening with increasing regularity for about 13 years...) I am wondering: a) what causes this syndrome? b) what can be done about it? and c) should I expect that the condition will keep getting worse and worse? (more painful; more frequency.)

no one I ask seems to be able to provide an answer to these queries. I would appreciate any insight and/or advice that anyone out there may have to offer.

thank you.
