Recurrent ovarian cysts ar a third. Depending on how severe the pain is,you may wish ot discuss the possibility of a laparoscopy wiht your doctor. Because clomid stimulates the growth of follicles, and becasue rapidly growing follicles can cause pain, Clomid certainly may produce an increase in midcycle, follicle growth-type pain.
