True peptic ulcer disease rare in pregnancy.A burning discomfort usually related to a decrease in motility of stomach due to pregnancy. Try freq.small meals, don't lie down after eating, try not to eat or drink at least 1 hour prior to bed, sleep with head of bed elevated or more pillows.Tums(a good source of calcium)may help too.
