I was on Depo for 2 1/2 years. I did not take ONE shot, but put on the pill instead until I had surgery. It was 'successful' and the adhesions were removed. My problem is since going back on the Depo my weight gain is starting all over again (previously it took 2 years for it to plateau). In 6 months I have already gained 10 pounds WITH EXTRA EXERCISE. I just can't do this weight gain again. Is there anything else I could take? P.S. I couldn't care less about birth control.
