Sian, Since you're having spotting, then you MAY be having signs of miscarriage. However, being faint and nauseous and tired are really good signs of a progressing pregnancy. So you need to revisit this with your doctor. At this point in pregnancy (8 weeks), ultrasound WILL be able to pick up a heart beat. So that would make everyone feel better.
