Hi, I am sorry you had a miscarriage, those are so hard to deal with. Your doctor is correct, you need to let your body rest physically and you need to rest emotionally.

Your body could ovulate right away or take a few months. I know it's hard, and I commend you for wanting to get back up on the horse so to speak.

But let your self rest:)
