That is an awfully long time to wait -- I suggest you have a quantitative HCG levle now, repeat in 48 hours toi make sure it is rising appropriately and repeat an ultrasound in one week if the levles are going up.

Sperm seem to live about 5 days or so.

Always have hope. Ask your docotr for the blood tests and a repeat ultrasound sooner than one month.
