It is now Monday and I am having some spotting. I have been on the same BCP for years and never had this happen. Is this unusual? Is it anything to be concerned about? The only thing different is that I am currently on a 10-day course of amoxicillin. Could the antibiotics be causing the spotting? Is the spotting a sign that the effectiveness of my BCP's is compromised? Thanks!
