Hope all is well with you. Hope you can help on this one. What are the indications and contraindications for a repeat c-section within a @two year interval? (daughter will be 26 months at due date) History: Preterm labor at 31 weeks, c-section at 38 weeks,WCPD and failure to progess after 27 hours, severe infection and adhesions at incision site, 2 laps to clear it up. 25 years old, 27weeks prego,baby measuring about a week and a half bigger( due date is correct), good health, went into preterm labor 1 1/2 weeks ago, on brethine and rest. Was actually wondering if it would be inappropriate to request a Section at 38 weeks this time around and if there would be increased risks associated with the surgeries being only about 2 years apart.Any and all input would be appreciated.
