Hello: I've been experiencing some abnormal menstruation for the last 3 months. My normal menstrual period is about 5-6 days. It started with 3 days very light and 3 days mid-heavy. Then the 2nd period (the next month), was about 14 days, all of which were extremely light flows. Within 2 weeks of the last period, I am experiencing some bleeding again, from a day ago and today. I've been sick since early January to now (~_~). Starting with a flu/fever in from early January, to a recurring spinal injury from 2 years back. Right now I am receiving acupuncture treatments for the lower spinal area. When I asked the doctor / acupuncturist, he says that the treatment shouldn't have any effect on my menstrual flow. What he says is that since my body is pretty weak for the last few months, my menstrual flows may act irregular. Does anyone have any clue what is going on with my system?
