Little trick - don't tell your friend!

We tell patietws that cruches are fine as long as your'e comfortable (physically) while doing them. The only concern is in late pregnancy when you shouldn't purposely stay falt on your back while exerting yourself for any protracted period of time. Theoretically, it can reduce placental circulation but on a practical basis, using common sense, it shouldn't be a problem.
