Large/sagging breasts after pregnancy

I gave birth 6 months ago and my breasts are still very big. I was a "C" before pregnancy and now I am a very large "D" which is too big for me as I am a small person. I quit breastfeeding after 2 months and I expected the size to go back to normal. They did go down somewhat from the size during breastfeeding but they are still as large as they were during my pregnancy. Is there still hope for them to decrease in size?

Also, they are very saggy since my pregnancy. Aside from wearing very supportive bras (which I am), are there any specific exercises I can do to gain back some natural support? Or is the damage already done?

Thanks for any help!
