Janet,

I'd like to know what the estradiol (E2) level of your blood is. If it's normal for HRT, then I would wonder if something in addition is going on. If the E2 level is low with what you're taking, dosage can be temporarily increased or the question of malabsorption must be addressed.

Black cohash (Remifemin) has been used by many to reduce or eliminate hot flushes, as has Vitamin E and soy protein isolate. Why not discuss these options with your doctor?
