There are many types of auto-antibodies. You don't say which one or ones you have but I'll assume you have anti-thyroid antibodies because thyroxine is the treatment for that specifically. There are other autoantibodies but the treatments are different.

Replaces the thyroid hormone tht your own thyroid may not be producing or is producing "defective" hormonedue to anti-thyroglobulin antibody, anti-thyroid microsomal antibody, etc.

Low dose adult aspirin is also used for treatment of several auto-antibodies, among them lupus anticoagulant, anti-cardiolipin antibody, anti-phospholipid antibody and other less known antibodies.
