I had no gynecological problems prior to the tubal. Since then I have had fibroids, polyps, heavy and increasingly painful periods, and unbelievable clotting problems. I have had two fibroids requiring removal, and am currently contemplating hysterectomy but as yet am too "chicken" to commit to it. I am 41 also, with three children. I have no advice or answers, but I am curious if you have ever felt that any of your troubles might be related to your tubal.
