Anti-K is a very serious problem in the fetus, similar to Rh problems and has to be managed the same way. You need to see someone knowledgeable in this area and have it followed closely. If your obstetrician doesn't feel comfortable, a perinatologist (maternal-fetal medicine specialist) should be consulted.
