It is tough, being pregnant after a miscarriage, because you're always examing everything in the context of "do I feel this because there is a problem" or "omigod, I'm not nauseous this instant, but I was yesterday....". After 2 miscarriages, I know I will drive myself nuts the next time I get pregnant, doing the "boob check" every two second.

It is perfectly normal to NOT have constipation or frequent urination. Most women actually don't complain of constipation.

Please talk to your doctor about your worries -- if you haven't had one yet, an ultrasound and seing the heartbeat may be very reassuring.
